NETCO is excited to introduce a brand-new drone training course for Power Line Technicians. In partnership with Saskatchewan Polytechnic, this three-day, program combines classroom instruction with hands-on training practical flight training led by a Transport Canada certified instructor. Designed specifically for Power Line Technicians, the program builds real-world drone operation skills and leads to official drone pilot certification. This course is another tool for IBEW members to expand their skill set and confidently leverage today’s evolving technologies, supporting safer work practices, greater efficiency, and continued professional growth in a rapidly changing industry.
